Sizing

Windy City Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizes or measurements entered at the time of purchase. If the sizes or measurements aren’t accurate and your nails do not fit, you can order a replacement nail(s). We highly suggest you order one of our sizing kit options to ensure a proper fit.

If you receive an incorrect size or an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, within 5 days of receiving your items.

Processing Time

Our standard order processing time is 7-10 business days.  Each order is hand painted and made to order with a high degree of attention to detail and attention to quality.  Orders are shipped with USPS, standard shipping is generally 2-5 business days.  Once shipped, we have no control over shipping delays from USPS.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Our press-ons and sizing kits are made to order.  Windy City Nails does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any made to order items once your order is made.  Your satisfaction is very important to us!  If you are unhappy with your order or you wish to cancel your order before it is made, please contact us here or email us at windycitynails307@gmail.com so that we can discuss the issue and attempt to find a resolution.

Windy City Nails has a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase for any items not made to order.  Any returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging and condition.  The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Please contact us if you wish to return any item not made to order.  A refund will be issued once the unused and undamaged item is returned in its original condition.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us within 5 days of receiving your items if the items are damaged in transit, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong items.

Please take clear pictures of the damage and email us at windycitynails307@gmail.com.  We will evaluate the issue and attempt to find a resolution as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit as they are outside of our control once shipped. If your items were lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t issue a refund in such situations, we may be able to find another solution including shipping a replacement order.  You will be responsible for paying the shipping charges.

Shipping Returns

Shipping returns are packages that have been returned to Windy City Nails without consent from Windy City Nails. These include packages returned for any reason including incorrect shipping address given at the time of purchase, package refusal, refusal to pay any import fees, taxes, and tariffs, unanswered delivery attempts, or any other reason.

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect address provided.  Buyers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address at the time of order.  If you find an error in your shipping address, please contact us at windycitynails307@gmail.com with your order number and correct shipping address before we ship your order.

Shipping returns are not eligible for refund and are subject to reshipping fees.  Any return fees charged to Windy City Nails will be added to your reshipment fee, shipping returns can be reshipped once the required fees have been paid in full.

Shipping

We utilize the USPS Ground, shipping in the US is usually 2-5 business days.  We only ship to the United States and do not currently ship internationally.  Please contact us at windycitynails307@gmail.com with any questions.
